Alison
Hello everyone
My name is Alison. I'm originally from Elgg and now live with my partner and my three four-legged friends in the Zürcher Oberland. I trained as a registered nurse (HF) and, through another non-profit organisation, discovered my passion for working with children who have disabilities. As I'm a cheerful and patient person who is always determined and solution-oriented, the wish to create something in this field grew quickly. Together with Daniela, my heartfelt dream of «Zyt-Insle» came true in 2025. Because we both put the focus on «the child at the centre, through relief for the parents», we became a great team. And that's how we arrive at the here and now.
When I'm not busy with Zyt-Insle, I work in geriatric psychiatry and love spending my time with art and animals.
Daniela
Hello, I'm Daniela Hotz, proud mum of two grown-up children – who have prepared me wonderfully for everything that has to do with patience, creativity and a healthy dose of calm.
Supporting children in their development has always been, and still is, a matter close to my heart. For many years I was involved in mother-and-child/father-and-child gymnastics, at the lunch table and on the relief days run by other associations. That time shaped me and showed me again and again how precious it is to laugh, move and even get up to some cheerful mischief together.
I'm now very much looking forward to giving the children unforgettable and varied weekends here at «Zyt-Insle», with lots of heart, humour and dedication.

I'm Britta Bøeg and I work at the andante foundation in Steckborn, in the Farbpunkt/Webatelier.
For 18 years I've worked with adults with disabilities in a range of settings, and last year I successfully completed my training as an occupational agogic specialist (Arbeitsagogin). I've also trained as an art therapist.
My hobbies are singing and making music, my dog, dancing, and simply enjoying new experiences or learning something new – of course also with my grown-up children.
I'm looking forward to the weekends with our cool team and, above all, with your children.

Hello, I'm Lilly.
I have two grown-up children and am now the proud grandma of four grandchildren. I grew up in the canton of Aargau and moved to the canton of Zürich because of my children. I worked as a nursery assistant and later in retail. By now I've been retired for a few years and use the time to be out in nature or to travel around Europe by bike.
I'm a warm-hearted person and have always got on wonderfully with children. In the time after my working life, I kept looking for occasional jobs – or, as I'd rather put it, hobbies. What I enjoyed most was working with children who have disabilities, and after around five years now, I still haven't lost my love for it. The children make me feel young and delight me over every little thing. This work brings me joy and I'm looking forward to meeting you. Hopefully see you soon.

My name is Sarah Wyss. I'm 21 years old and on my way to studying social pedagogy. After completing my Matura at the Atelierschule Zürich, I did an internship at the Brühlgut Foundation in Winterthur.
In my free time I spend a lot of time with friends and family. I'm also active as a section leader of the Cevi (YMCA/YWCA) in Winterthur. It was at the Cevi that I began working with children early on. Through supporting various programmes run by other associations, I discovered my joy in working with children and adults with special needs.
I'm looking forward to being part of Zyt-Insle, giving the children wonderful experiences and gathering valuable experience myself along the way.

Hi everyone, my name is Alisha Kästli. I had the good fortune of growing up in a small village in Thurgau and now live in Winterthur, where I'm studying nursing at a college of higher education (HF Pflege) and completed my training as a healthcare assistant (FaGe) at Winterthur Cantonal Hospital.
I knew early on that I wanted to work in a caring profession, because I'm an open and cheerful person and love sharing that energy with others – whether with people who need a helping hand during a hospital stay, or as a coach in my great passion, dancing. I've been dancing since I could walk, and as a coach working with children I've learned so much and discovered how much joy it brings me.
I found my way to Zyt-Insle through Daniela. I'm really looking forward to spending wonderful weekends with the children and shaping them with lots of joy.
