Terms and Conditions
Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and events of the Zytinsle association. By registering for an event, participants or their legal representatives accept these conditions.
Registration
Registrations for events are binding and are made via the online form on our website. Participation is confirmed upon receipt of the registration and review of the details. The association reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.
Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the event. In case of later cancellation or no-show, any costs incurred may be charged. The association reserves the right to cancel events due to insufficient participants or for organisational reasons.
Liability
The Zytinsle association ensures appropriate supervision and safety during events. Participation is at the own responsibility of the legal representatives. The association is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or by the behaviour of participants.
Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration is used exclusively for the organisation and execution of events. Data is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties unless required for the execution of events.
Changes
The Zytinsle association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The current version is available on our website.
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
