Privacy Policy
Verein Zyt-Insle takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains which data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have. Processing is carried out in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).

What data we process
Contact form
When you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry.
Event registration
When you register a child, we process the parents' contact details (name, email, phone, address) as well as information about the child (name, date of birth, and details of the disability or diagnosis). Health-related information is considered particularly sensitive personal data and is handled with heightened care. This data is necessary to ensure safe and appropriate care for your child.
Registration data
When you register for a relief weekend, we store the data entered in the form (including details about the child and, if provided, health-related information) in an encrypted database. The registration itself is deleted automatically 90 days after the end of the weekend. The child's details, the parents' contact details and the participation history are additionally transferred into a permanent participant registry, based on the explicit consent you give in the registration form. Access is restricted to authorised members of the association, and you may request deletion at any time.
Passive membership
When you sign up as a passive member, we store your first name, last name, address and email address permanently for membership administration, to send the payment slip and to invite you to the annual review. This data is not passed on to third parties. We delete it when you leave the association or on your request.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to organise and run our events, to care for registered children, and to communicate with you. The processing of particularly sensitive health data is based on your explicit consent, which you give during registration.
Retention and deletion
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. The registration data for an individual event is deleted automatically no later than 90 days after it ends. Separately, the association maintains a participant registry in which the child's details, the parents' contact details and the participation history are stored permanently, so that care can be planned across several events. You may request deletion of this data at any time at info@zytinsle.ch.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required to run the event or legally obliged to do so. To operate the website and send emails we use carefully selected service providers (hosting: Vercel; email/domain: Hostpoint) who process data on our behalf.
Data security
Data transmitted on our website is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we process about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact info@zytinsle.ch.
Changes
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
