When you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry.
When you register a child, we process the parents' contact details (name, email, phone, address) as well as information about the child (name, date of birth, and details of the disability or diagnosis). Health-related information is considered particularly sensitive personal data and is handled with heightened care. This data is necessary to ensure safe and appropriate care for your child.
When you register for a relief weekend, we store the data entered in the form (including details about the child and, if provided, health-related information) in an encrypted database. The purpose is to process and manage the registration. The data is automatically deleted 90 days after the end of the respective weekend. Access is restricted to authorised members of the association.
We process the data solely to organise and run our events, to care for registered children, and to communicate with you. The processing of particularly sensitive health data is based on your explicit consent, which you give during registration.
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Registration data is generally deleted no later than 90 days after the respective event, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required to run the event or legally obliged to do so. To operate the website and send emails we use carefully selected service providers (hosting: Vercel; email/domain: Hostpoint) who process data on our behalf.
Data transmitted on our website is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
You have the right to access the data we process about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact info@zytinsle.ch.
