Summer in full swing
The June weekend returned with seriously hot weather. Rather than roasting indoors, we quickly packed the water guns and set off on a little village tour – from fountain to fountain.
Straight from the fountain into the cool water
Anyone who once dipped their feet into the water was hard to stop. On the spur of the moment, we went from the edge of the fountain right into the cool water – and in no time everyone was soaking wet and happy.
Water fights, shade and a flea market
Between water fights, cosy breaks in the shade and little walks, there was even time for a stroll around the flea market. A pretty find here, a curious glance there – and always the next fountain as a welcome cool-down.
A weekend that showed us: sometimes all it takes is sunshine, water and good company to create the loveliest memories.
